Exchanges:

 

Wrong Size Exchange Procedure

If you wish to exchange as you ordered the wrong size you will need to send your item(s) back to 9 B Macbeth St Braeside 3195 Victoria with a note listing your Order Number, Name, Address, and details of your item(s) ( e.g the size you needed instead).  All costs associated with returning item(s) back to us are your responsibility. You will also need to pay the shipping cost of the correct sized item to be sent back to you. You must pay the shipping cost by contacting the exchanges manager. You may contact them by emailing info@originaluggboots.com.au

Acceptance of returned goods are subject to the goods being inspected at our warehouse and being judged, in our sole discretion, as in original, undamaged, not used or worn, with all tags attached, ‘as new’ re-saleable condition. Refused items will be returned back to you at your expense.

 

Requesting a Different Style or Colour Exchange Procedure

If you wish to exchange as you'd like to change the item style,  you will need to send your item(s) back to 9 B Macbeth St Braeside 3195 Victoria with a note listing your Order Number, Name, Address, and details of your item(s) ( e.g the style and colour you needed instead). If the cost of the new style requested is more than your current product, you must pay the difference by contacting our exchanges manager. All costs associated with returning item(s) back to us are your responsibility. You will also need to pay the shipping cost of the correct style or colour item to be sent back to you. This would be at a discounted price of $10.95 (Standard Shipping) or $19.95 (Express Shipping). You must pay the shipping cost by contacting the exchanges manager. You may contact them by emailing info@originaluggboots.com.au

Receiving The Wrong Goods

If you have received the wrong item due to a mistake on our (originaluggboots) behalf you must do the following:

you will need to send your item(s) back to 9 B Macbeth St Braeside 3195 Victoria with a note listing your Order Number, Name, Address, and details of your item(s) ( e.g the item(s) you were meant to receive). 

Acceptance of returned goods are subject to the goods being inspected at our warehouse and being judged, in our sole discretion, as in original, undamaged, not used or worn, with all tags attached, ‘as new’ re-saleable condition. Refused items will be returned back to you at your expense.

If the items are in an acceptable condition, we will then make the correct item (s) and send them out to you.

 

 

Returns

Returns for refund within 30 days of purchase date are accepted for a refund of the purchase price of that product (excluding shipping* and a 15% Restocking Fee*)

All returned products must be in ‘as new’ condition, not worn, nor washed and all tags in place. All costs associated with returning item(s) back to us are your responsibility.

Acceptance of returned goods are subject to the goods being inspected at our warehouse and being judged, in our sole discretion, as in original, undamaged, not used or worn, with all tags attached, ‘as new’ re-saleable condition. Refused items will be returned back to you at your expense.

Any returns received by us after 30 days from the date your order was dispatched will be refunded with a deduction of the original shipping costs plus a re-stocking fee (charged in Australian Dollars), which is at 30% of item(s) original purchase price.

When returning the goods please ensure that you use recorded delivery method, so you will have a proof of posting your return.


Cancellation:

You should contact us immediately should you wish to cancel any order for the Products placed through our Website.
 

  1. Immediate cancellation will be subjected to 15% cancellation fees. (up to 10 hours if not shipped or transferred to our delivery depot)
  2. If your order has been processed or is currently being processed a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
  3. If your order has been shipped or transferred to our delivery depot and you wish to cancel or return it upon receipt, you will be required to ship the items back unopened and 30% cancellation fees will apply, shipping costs are non refundable. 
  4. Parcels returned to us as unclaimed, refused or return to sender will be cancelled. A 30% cancellation fee will apply and shipping costs are non refundable. Shipping costs to return your parcel at the rate of your original shipping costs will also apply. It is in our sole discretion to instruct our delivery partners to return parcels which are unclaimed/refused back to our premises in Melbourne, Australia. In the event that we deem it necessary to not have your parcel returned from overseas you will not be entitled to a refund.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any given time and for any reason, without the prior consent of the buyer, should we find this necessary.
  6. Refunds are issued only to the credit card used at the time of purchase, and in no other way.

IN ALL CASES, please contact us before shipping.

If you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund please contact our customer service department for assistance. Please state your reason for return, your Order Confirmation Number and advise if you would like an exchange or refund.

Domestic Shipping:

All of our parcels are sent with Australia Post. As our parcels can be tracked, you may email us at info@originaluggboots.com.au requesting this tracking number.

 

**If your package becomes missing ( due to Australia Post ), you (the customer) will need to fill out a "missing item enquiry" form on http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/missing-mail-items.html . Please email us at info@originaluggboots.com.au for the details needed to submit this form (tracking number and how it was sent). 

 

International Shipping:

All orders outside of Australia will carry our international label Uboots Australia on the heels , for further information please contact us. 

 

International Taxes:

Items sent outside of Australia, may be subjected to import taxes such as Custom, VAT, custom processing fees and courier release fees. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any customs, import tax, duties and other charges which are applicable in your country. We will not accept claims as such and will not be responsible for these costs. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. If not sure, Please contact your local customs or postal authorities prior to your purchase.


Postage & Handling

All our parcels are delivered by Australia Post. The total shipping cost* is calculated based on the destination and amount of items being shipped.

Delivery rates

Rates are based on Australia Post prices plus packaging and handling costs. Your total shipping cost is displayed in your shopping bag once you have selected your parcel destination. Please note, further shipping charges apply to the exchange of items under certain conditions. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs associated with such activities.
